Ian, we understand your frustration, but you are the first customer having complaints about product documentation. We offer detailed user guide, class reference, some videos and knowledge base. The product is not so complicated as a reporting component, for example and these resources are sufficient in most cases. Maybe you use the product in some specific environment, we don't know for sure, as you provided no information on what's the problem. We really appreciate your willingness to figure out what's the problem by yourselves and not to disturb our technical support team, though they are always ready to assist all our customers with any issues related to our products. All support requests are responded within 24 hours, as in any other software vendor company, so time difference doesn't really matter.
