You can download the project files at codesorigin.com. The download ID is 28. It is too bad that it isn't working for you as this is the newest opensource version available, and other versions don't always have the necessary bug fixes.

I downloaded it but it doesn't show up in the list of project types. Too bad I wanted to compare it to a notepad clone I created myself in C#: http://www.simplygoodcode.com/2012/04/notepad-clone-in-net-winforms.html
