Would like to see the full list of commands but the web site does not exist anymore. This is why putting docs exclusively online is always a bad idea. How about even a simple text file.
- Locate in Solution Explorer (Resharper has that CoolX makes it easier to find) - Explorer menu! - I used to love copy/paste references but I find myself requiring that feature less often
Demo Font is kind of dated with the scroll wheel support in VS2010
I just installed VS2010 SP1 last week. When I tried to use the "Locate in Solution Explorer" feature I see a "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component" error dialog.
I reinstalled the extension, but received the same error.
When I go to Solution Explorer and use the "Collapse all Projects" feature, it works as it should. The "Locate in Solution Explorer" feature starts working properly after doing this as well, but I have to "Collapse all Projects" every time I start up Visual Studio in order for "Locate in Solution Explorer" to work.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
I installed this in VS2010, and the appearance of my tabs in the editor window changed. They are a different shape and color, and now have the ability to be "pinned" to the left of the tabs list, with a small space separating the pinned tabs and the others.
I installed this extension solely for the Windows Explorer context menu feature (which worked great, by the way). However, the changed appearance of the tabs was too prohibitive. It made it very awkward to drag a tab and move it elsewhere in the list. It's still possible, but you have to first pull the tab *out* of the list entirely (like you do when you pull a window out to be floating), and then drag it back. Even then, the appearance when putting the tab back in looks awful: it's no longer the default appearance, and you can't really tell where the tab is going. Very annoying.
So, I uninstalled this extension, and my tabs are *still* messed up with the pinning ability. Is there a way to fix this?
Hi Jacquers, the Copy Project / Paste Project is used in order to copy a project from one solution in one VS instance to another solution in other VS instance.
So, you should focus a project, press Copy Project and after in other solution Paste Project should add the project to the solution.
