Thank you for providing this extension. It's so useful, but (and there's always a but, I know) an "Open It" menu item on the context menu (when opened on the link) would be highly appreciated too.

Yes!! you're right, me too, the problem is that I could find the ID for the html editor and use it.
If some MS guy can point me how to define it in my vct I'll add this feature.
At the moment I use the shortcut ;)
