Does not work with Visual Studio 2010 and FxCop 10.0, so it's useless.

I couldn't get it to work on Visual Studio 2010 with the latest version of FxCop.

Good to run the FxCop and code metrix
Would be better if we can run FxCop on file level. I think the FxCop is supporting it.

Great program, it simplifies running fx cop.

It is great. If you integrate a "show error help" feature, I will give 5 stars.

    • Could you please think of running FxCop on file level. I believe FxCop supports is.

This is required for the team who got legacy huge code and cannot correct the project in required time spans.
    • Even ready to contribute to file level FxCop run :-)

  • Support for SuppressMessage-attribute

    • Hi, I really like the tool, but I am missing a feature. I guess the Premium and/or the Ultimate edition of Visual Studio allows to add the SuppressMessage-attribute via the context menu; so, it would be nice, if your extension would support that as well. Just my two cents (-:
  • Integrate "Show Error Help"

    • Your tool is great.

Can you add a "Show Error Help" feature?

When I right-click a line in the error list and select "Show Error Help" nothing happens. It would be great if IE opens up with the according help text from MSDN like it works in FxCop GUI.

      Thanks
    • Feature added.

I am guessing that error description will be opened either in a web browser or in a local instalation of MSDN documentation, depending on what you use for primary documentation source in Visual Studio. However I am unable to test how this works if you have a local copy of MSDN documentation.
