Hello Max, were you able to fix the object not set "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error?

Here is my VS Configuration:

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
Version 10.0.30319.1 RTMRel
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.0.30319 RTMRel

Installed Version: Ultimate

Yes. Does error still exist after rebooting the system? I am on the way to fix it.

I installed the add-on but whenever I click on the menu item I get the error:

Two convenience items: 
1) add item to the popup menu in editor (this is the most common use case as I usually look at the file content already and need to see the history)
2) when I am on a branch I want to get a history of how _this_ version got to this stage (ie from the creation to this file version) ie the tool should descend a path through branches all the way to the root branch w/o me explicitly selecting which branch.
