It would help to have a Vertical Scroll so I can see all the builds. I would like to export to a csv file. The column heading for the Type should be changed to Trigger and the fields under the column should match the selections for Trigger. Overall; I rate it as a C-.

Works as a charm! A "must have" to work efficiently with builds.
The Clone to branch is awesome !

  • Hierarchical Build Ordering
    1 Posts | Last Post April 03, 2013
    • We have build definitions for our branches for each of our products. So product A has Branch 1 BD, Branch 2 BD, and Trunk BD and Product B has a very similar setup. Does this tool allow the build definitions to be ordered or moved into some kind of hierarchical tree fashion so that I can group my builds based on some kind of tag or common attribute? If not would you care to implement a feature that does this? I was about to set out on building a tool very similar to this with the aforementioned feature, but I hate to reinvent the wheel.
  • Link in Team Explorer is Disabled

    • I just installed version 1.4.0.8 and found that the link in team explorer is not a link. It is greyed out.
  • Bug? Missing vertical scroll bar
    2 Posts | Last Post December 09, 2012
    • I've got a Team Project with rather a lot of build definitions in and unfortunately, I'm not seeing a vertical scroll bar, and neither is my colleague. Have just installed 1.4.0.6 (VS2012). VS2010 version was awesome BTW.

      Thanks.
    • This (embarrasing) issue has been fixed in the 1.4.0.7 version

      Thanks

  • Clone a definition that's NOT to a branch?
    2 Posts | Last Post September 24, 2012
    • I just need to clone a build definition, asis, without any assumptions that I'm branching code or otherwise. Is it possible?

    • No, at the moment the extension only implements the branch scenario.

The reason for this is that there is already a Clone Build Definition command available in Team Explorer that basically supports your scenario.

      Thanks
