Have very negative experience with AIT. Spend two days trying to register to have an access to the downloads. Even talked to someone there (Deniel Rizman). But still don't have the tool to try.

It a fine tool so far but I also agree with Lars Roith that it would be very nice to be able to add baselines and track differences across baselines (Just as one can do it in CaliberRM).
This 'little wish' would increase the number of stars from 3 to 5 (yes even 6 ;-))

The extension is quite useful in order to identify the difference between the work items upon start and the work items at the end of an iteration by just picking the iteration's work item query.

In my case I use the same query for the whole AIT TeamSystemPro Tool chain:
- I use Word2TFS to write or refine the requirement specs for an iteration
- I use the Task Board to track my teams progress during daily standups
- I use the baselining feature in my retrospective meetings to identify difference between plan and execution of the iteration.

If I could suggest some more features to it, it would be:
- Diff View of work items
- Colorized Work Item query results based on work item values (e.g. based on state). The formely used VSTS Extension had such color features.
- Grouping of work items based on one or more fields

Additionally it would be nice if the tool was capable of targeting TFS 2008 as well as I still work with customers that have not yet migrated. This is also the reason for my 4-out-of-5 stars rating.
