App crash on first time run

Sometimes we are seeing the application crash the very first time you try to run it in Visual Studio 2012 (F5). If this happens, uninstall the app and try again and it should work. Still looking into why this is happening, it is something to do with the initial copy of the database file to LocalStorage.
