Whenever I open an incident, the incident editor window appears, is dimmed/disabled, and I get the message "Loading Incident Workflow Step, please wait...". This is to be expected in an asynchronous application. However, what is NOT expected is that loading the incident takes sometimes several MINUTES. Fortunately, your developers were clever enough to only disable that one incident window, while the rest of Visual Studio remains responsive.
Why is it taking so long to load incidents? The web interface has no problem with it.
Is there something my SpiraTeam administrator needs to do to make this work with a practical response time?
