Very good tool, simple to use, no intrusive, flexible enough for my needs, I'm using it to demonstrate code guidelines and conventions in Visual Studio 2008.

It isn't *quite* as flexible as I'd like (I'd like to set different naming conventions for public and private variables, for example), but even as-it, I'm always unhappy when I have to use a system that doesn't have it.

We use it in our team all the time, it's simply great for keeping a unified coding standard!!!
