I bought a licence for Visual Studio 2013 Professional with MDSN for a considerable amount. The product itself is reasonable. Support I have found is a mine field. I received some details on MSDN which I finally got up and running although support for VS2013 is limited compared to VS2010. I have been trying to get hold of Microsoft to get the product key for VS2013 Professional. Which I have found Impossible. I still haven’t been able to get an answer from Microsoft?
HUMP! Apparently the problem of not being able to generate a dump file from the latest version(s) of this feedback tool was reported to Microsoft over a year ago! I have the same problem, (it is now Feb 2015) and I was asked to generate the MiniDump.zip file in response to a bug I reported! I CAN'T do so obviously because the capability to do so is apparently broken. So much for Microsoft taking action on serious issues reported to them via this feedback tool!
Incredibly helpful to get feedback into the UI!
people tend to expect yellow stars and you have at write a review here a required rating field that has light gray stars and when you rate it turns into just a bit darker gray, making you think it's not clickable
Before SP1 it was working fine and allowed me to submit problems and create dumps, but ever since SP1 it's missing. I reinstalled multiple times but it nevers shows up anymore (neither in menu, nor in task pane by the clock).
the Git tool is of very poor quality please fix
I am not one to usually leave feedback on a site, but am throwing an exception for this. I downloaded the MSVS 2013 preview a few days ago and have just been messing around with some old project I created in 2012. I absolutely love the new version and all the new features for 2013. Microsoft has really stepped up their game for the Office and VS suites, in these last few years. Hope they keep up the good work
