I am planning to use TFS 2010 Object Model Installer for defect tracking and unable to exit test steps/ link a defect with the test case.
I raised this question earlier on the TFS 2010 forum and I was advised that queries with Object Model Version should be raised on this forum.
I have Visual Studio 2010, TFS and Team Web Access Version 10.0.40219.1 (Object Model Version 10.0.40219.1). I have access to edit project level information, however cannot create/ link test cases to the defect in the Test Web Access 2010.
Also I cannot see the "Test Hub" tab. Please can you help?
Just like SSDT, this installer allows you to use the layout command to pull the re-distributables so you can create an administrative installer...
tfs_objectmodel /layout C:\SomeDirWhereIWantThePayload
Maybe I'm dense, but it sure would be nice if these "hidden" features were somehow documented. I guess that might be asking for too much though.
