This is an incredible extension, and one I rely heavily upon. However, when pressing ALT to show the menus, the editor tabs move downward together with all the editor text, which is slightly jarring. Would it be possible/feasible to have the menus float above the tabs instead, meaning that the tabs+text editor windows wouldn't move at all?
I absolutely love this extension. In-fact, Visual Studio is unusable without it. Unfortunately, after a recent update to my computer (reformat to Windows 10 with VS2013 and VS2015) the extension did not work. My menu bar is now hidden until I use a keyboard combination (Alt+T for Tools for instance).
I was wondering whether you have any advice on debugging this? I've tried complete reinstalls of Visual Studio as well as clearing my user cache. It doesn't seem like anything works.
Let me know, and if there is an OSS version available or if you wouldn't mind sharing code with me privately I would be happy to debug this issue because this extension is ESSENTIAL!

Great extension, I love it.
The only thing I would suggest is if you can make it so when the mouse cursor is close to where the main menu is it will un-hide it. That way you can either use the hotkeys or use the mouse to show it.
I Think it would be really nice to be able to enable/disable the hiding of the main menu based on the mode of Visual Studio. For example I would like the menu to be visible for normal and debug mode but hidden when switching to full screen mode.
