I have purchased a registered version of CodeHelper 1.5 on 11/16/2010 (Receipt No: 3897-6778-3599-1865). The downloaded zip file (CodeHelperSetupLicensed.zip) is corrupted.
The email receipt does not have any information on how to re-download the file. The company's website does not have any contact information except of webform.
The webform errors out with "Send Email Failed. The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. 50sm933292yhl.41" error message.
Does anobody know how to reach them?
The issue was solved, I'll apreciate the same effort that takes you to write this down as negative comment, to also consider and write down that you received assitance as soon as you contact me.

How can I uninstall you software after trial period expired? I can not find it in "Extension Manager"->"Inslalled Extensions" and "Control Panel"->"Programs and Featuters" and every time I start MSVS, I see a message box from you software about "Trial period expired" :о(
