This does not work with VS2012 integration. None of the items installed do anything. I have tried installing using elevated Administrator privileges but no change. When attempting to reinstall the product, rather than recognising the remainder of the trial period remaining it simply reset to 0, so I was unable to progress further. Shame. Really disappointing. Looks like could be a good product but there is something broken with the installation and licensing.

Please contact us via http://www.devart.com/company/contactform.html , and we will reset the trial period and assist you in evaluating the product.
JIC: Express editions of Visual Studio do not support third-party add-ins, so Entity Developer can't be integrated into it. As a workaround, you can create new model in a standalone Entity Developer, generate code for it and add the generated code files to your Visual Studio project.

  • Individual Table Updates

    • Will this allow me to update an individual table without updating the entire database's model? I currently have to manually edit the XML to add a column without updating the whole thing.
    • Yes, this will. You can do that with Update Model From Database Wizard.
