Very helpful. I never use VS to do SQL work but I knew I needed to script the v2.0 db and this worked perfectly for me. Thanks!

The installation of this template correctly executed (supposedly) against both VS2012 and VS2013 on my development machine. Once installed, it could not be installed a second time.

However, there is just one small problem...

Once completed and the machine rebooted, there is no template available in the Visual Studio New Project dialog box. Nothing under SQL (in fact, there isn't even an entry for a SQL Server project type at all.

I think it needs a little work.

    • Hi, the current Project have an example using app.UseOAuthBearerTokens and a custom ApplicationOAuthProvider : OAuthAuthorizationServerProvider. I need to implement app.UseCookieAuthentication but I don´t know how to set the Provider it necessary to create a custom CookieAuthenticationProvider? something like ApplicationCookieProvider : CookieAuthenticationProvider? Thanks in advance.
  • using System.Web; (required?)

    • As the example seems to be OWIN/Katana, is the reference to System.Web still required/advisable? (startup.cs)
  • Int vs String for Id

    • It seems like it's requiring the user Id field to be a string in ASP.Net Identity, as well as having a User.Id field (not User.UserId). I tried implementing the Id field in the UserEntity, but EF throws an error while trying to save with both the UserId field, and Id both being present. Do you know if an Id of type string is a requirement of
Microsoft.AspNet.Identity.Core 2.0.1, and if so, is there a good way to override this without reinventing the wheel? I much prefer using int as Id both the database, and in C#.
    • The sample project which you can find here uses User.Id of type int:
  • A bunch of errors

    • Thanks for this useful example but 3 errors appear:
      Error	3	Error 11008: Association 'FK_UserClaim_User' is not mapped.	C:\...\AspNet.Identity-master\src\KriaSoft.AspNet.Identity.EntityFramework\Model.edmx	191	9	KriaSoft.AspNet.Identity.EntityFramework
      Error	4	Error 11008: Association 'FK_UserLogin_User' is not mapped.	C:\...\AspNet.Identity-master\src\KriaSoft.AspNet.Identity.EntityFramework\Model.edmx	205	9	KriaSoft.AspNet.Identity.EntityFramework
Error	5	Error 111: Properties referred by the Dependent Role UserClaim must be a subset of the key of the EntityType Application.UserClaim referred to by the Dependent Role in the referential constraint for Relationship Application.FK_UserClaim_User.	C:\...\AspNet.Identity-master\src\KriaSoft.AspNet.Identity.EntityFramework\Model.edmx	196	11	KriaSoft.AspNet.Identity.EntityFramework
      What should I do?
      Thanks in advance
